Our last signed constitution is from February 18, 2023 — the one we all executed when Joe joined. The January 2026 retreat discussion was never voted or signed, so everything below is measured against the 2023 original. There are 11 proposed changes, each voted individually: under Article XI.5, any item all eight of us approve is adopted immediately; anything flagged Discuss goes to the July 13 meeting or the January retreat for a 2/3 vote (XI.3). When the slate settles, we each sign the new constitution right here on the hub.

Each month every member shares a structured update at Forum, a 4-minute timed read (~700 words). Use the full time. The "Worst" 5% sections are where Forum really happens, so go deep there.

Each quarter you're paired with a partner for a monthly accountability call. A fine for missing one is proposed as C7 but has not been ratified, so nothing is owed today. It's still in discussion — vote it on the Constitution page.

Everyone is counted present and on time by default. The Moderator confirms each meeting afterward and flags the exceptions, so a clean meeting takes one click and nothing else.

Under Article IX.6 each member may miss 2 meetings per forum year; on the 3rd miss the member is suspended and removed for 90 days (or 3 meetings), after which a unanimous vote decides re-entry. Missing a meeting carries no dollar fine. Arriving late (anything past the start time) and leaving early are $50 each, paid to the Treasurer before the next meeting, and every 2 of them equal 1 miss (Article IX.1–4, IX.9, IX.10).
